helloo....i have black spots on my face....near upper portion of cheeks below my both eyes. i av consulted a doctor. he said the same thing i.e. sun burn problem.
but he had suggested two ointment:
1) La Moist cream( contains aloe vera, vitamn e and almond oil)
2) M-Lite (hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate Cream)
he advised me to mix up these both cream n aplly it on the affected area.
m using it from a month bt my skin has began becomin red which was black earlier. i said all dis to doc he said the affected skin is peeling off and due to that dis rediness is ocurring.......do u av to say something on it.
hello.....iam 25 years old i have a black spots on by either cheek's...from past 2 years....i have consulted dermatologist and even used the cream continuously for 2 months suggested by doctor, but there was no result....the dark sports did not vanish....when i again visited doctor ,she said she will do a chemical treatment and remove the sport's....plz suggest me is it safe to under go the chemical treatment ...will there be side effects in future.....plz help me out for this....

chemical peel is a good option. Consult with the doctor on the type of peel. If done correctly by an expert doctor , peeling is safe. But as always there are some rare sideeffects. But these are very rare.
You should keep the pimples clean. Dont touch it with hands. You ran the risk of infecting the pimples. Always keep your face clean. Consult your doctor and follow the recommendations
